HDFC Bank - Team Lead - Business Finance

- Finalising and presenting Monthly Dashboards, Tracking KPI/ Projects across portfolio like Digital Banking Products (Net Banking/Mobile Banking, UPI, Direct Pay, IMPS, Bill Payments), Digital Projects and Third Party Products (Life Insurance, Non Life Insurance, Mutual Fund, Demat, Forex)

- Along with the business/product teams to set up the MIS required for monitoring the key objectives in discussions with BIU

- Guiding the team on key focus areas, sample checks of data, granular level analysis, raising red flags for items not working to be discussed with business counterparts /fincon seniors for corrective actions

- Analyse the budget submissions, identified exceptions and anomalies, prepare material to aid in challenging business units on exceptions

- Challenge the Budget Submissions- Understand all the assumptions used at arriving at overall budget numbers

- Document the actionable from budget meetings with business counterparts/GH

- Follow-up for the updates, understand the updates and delay on actionable

- Analysis/ monitoring key strategies and business/ financial metrics

- Closely monitoring /tracking Digital Projects and providing regular updates on the Bank key live projects

- Tracking business and financial benefits from each projects and ensure the adherence

- Validate the benefits of FPN received and share recommendations

- Provide Financial data for RBI reporting/External reporting

- Any adhoc requirements at any level as may be required by senior management
