To scope and drive New/Additional CMS business opportunity along with business RM for the assigned Business Segment with an objective for overall growth of CMS & Enet business.

Basis the complexity of the customers, namely from business division Corporate banking Group, Emerging Corporate Group and Financial Institution Group, the role demands greater co-ordination with various stakeholders and timely customer deliverables.

Description of the broad function and scope of the position

1. Business scoping along with business RM for new target company and existing company for increasing the wallet share for both physical and electronic products in collections and payments.

a. Collection - viz Local cheques, outstation cheques and eCMS through RTGS / NEFT and Funds transfer.

b. Payments - Demand draft/ cheque printing, RTGS, NEFT, Fund Transfer etc.

2. Joint calling with business RM to understand the client requirement in detail

3. Giving presentation to client (Treasury Team/Finance Team etc) on product capabilities.

4. Publishing Minutes of the meeting to respective business unit head & Key stakeholders.

5. Preparation of costing template- Based on proposed pricing and arrangement in consultation with Unit Head / Product Head.

6. Sharing Comprehensive proposal covering pricing and arrangement to client for acceptance.

a. Work with client and various internal units (OPS/ BPRG / BTG / IT / ISG) for implementation of the client's requirement. This includes MIS customization and host to host integration with client ERP system.

7. Regular meeting with existing customers to check new requirement / competition offering if any and work on implementing / offering new product and cross sell.

8. Give Enet Demo to new clients and training to newly on-boarded clients for upload and processing of transactions.

9. Monitor progress of newly on-boarded clients to ensure utilization of services.

10. Completion of required documents for set-up, processing and dispatch of the documents to the CPU.

11. Handholding new clients for initial transactions.

12. Troubleshooting clients technical issues through personal visit / phone / mail etc.

Dividend Payment:

1. Jointly work with business RM for securing dividend mandates to achieve HDFC Bank market leadership position Year after year.

2. To track and convert each prospective dividend deal as per instruction of Central CMS Team.

3. Meeting the Company Secretary/ Treasury Team/ Banking Team.

4. Seeking details from the client for preparing profitability template.

5. Understanding the client expectation & discuss the same with Product Manager / Senior Solution Manager/Unit Head for structuring the deal to ensure right pricing for the clients.

6. Preparing the dividend profitability template to ascertain deal profitability basis the details sought from client.

7. Interacting with Senior Solution Manager/ Region Head/ Product Head/ Business RM/Business Unite Head for finalizing the pricing for the deal.

8. Sharing the proposal with the client and liaising with the client for routing the deal with HDFC Bank.

9. Co-ordinate with all internal & external teams for smooth implementation of the deal.

Enet

1. Managing Enet relationships of all Wholesale and Retail Branch Banking customers within the Region.

2. New Enet implementation across all business segments.

3. Conduct Enet product demonstration and presentation to Bank clientele.

4. Completing Enet documentation formalities with each client.

5. Processing all documents and dispatch to Central Processing Unit.

6. Follow-up for processing of documents within TAT.

7. Installation of new and renewed Digital Certificate/s at clients end.

8. Post set-up, imparting training to the clients towards regular usage of Enet system.

9. Hand-holding the client on Enet system usage.

10. Supporting clients, Trouble-shooting activities handled on phone, mail etc.

11. Conducting regular on-site visits to client premises.

12. Travelling to out-station client offices and providing demonstration and system training.

13. Penetration of Enet and other Digital Banking products to the clients.

14. Bridging the gap between Customers ERP/Application System and e-Banking Products of the Bank. Suggesting alternative payment mechanisms.

15. Implementation/Supporting of Server-to-Server connectivity between Bank and Client systems.

16. Migration of client volumes from manual transactions to Enet platform.

17. Providing Enet system related training to Wholesale Banking and Retail Branch Banking teams for increasing the reach of Digital Banking.

18. Conduct staff training, interactions to identify and address understanding issues.

19. Identify gaps in processes, if any and suggest changes to plugs such gaps.

20. Regular interactions with all stake-holders, peers, enabling environment.

21. Working towards improvement in Cost To Income ratio and reduction of physical volume.

Key functional and relational responsibilities in order of significance

1. Contribution towards Digitalisation for the assigned business segment.

2. Enhance wallet size in the given portfolio.

3. Track migration movement vis-- -vis plan.

4. Regular meeting with customers to track utilization of services.

5. Tracking TAT/FTNR and contributing towards system enhancement.

6. Trouble-shooting, resolving client complaints, ensuring client satisfaction.

7. Maintain contact and rapport with Wholesale and Retail Branch Banking segments and clients.

8. Participate in various Corporate Social Responsibility activities of the bank.

9. Any other responsibilities entrusted from time to time.
