- To achieve and exceed targets for APR revenue including volume, NTB customers and commission parameters and archiving any other KPI's defined for the role
- To identify and source new business opportunities and keep track on market dynamics and define wallet share of the customer to be achieved
- Scope for possible product penetration and provide strategy on the specific accounts.
- RMs should be on regular client calls for both existing and prospective clients. These calls should be done in a structured manner either individually or with support groups, branches or supervisors.
- Monthly review to be done with various product groups and supervisors who support the RM portfolio (plan Vs achievement ) and other cross function teams to ensure better product penetration.
- Relationship building with both internal and external customer of the RM. Client satisfaction and taking care of all banking needs of the customer.
- Ensure that all the management guidance is properly adhered to for effective management guidance implementation.
- KYC / AML tracking of the customers handled by the RM
- All documentation formalities to be done for effective pre and post disbursement of facilities or banking products.
- To keep a check on the performance of his individual accounts and his portfolio. Management of stress and critical accounts. Follow up for the servicing of interest, churning and other important account monitoring parameters..
- Market update and competition update to all stake holders
- Account level budgeting
- APR analysis on MoM basis and discussing corrective action plan with his ASM/RSM
- Fulfillment of Loan proposals within market acceptable TAT.
- Revenue maximization
- To mentor, manage and motivate the SOs under their mentorship, guide the SOs on achievement of target and hand holding the SO in developing the business development in the area.
- To create and maintain effective working relationships with line manager, colleagues, support teams .
- To Keep Proper Track on Housekeeping for the portfolio, by proper follow on documentation Like- Deferrals, stock statements, SRMs, renewals etc.
- To promote Cross sell products and drive important management objectives on digitalization etc
- Aligning bank process and making suggestion to improve efficiency
Requirement:
. Can be a mix of freshers from MBA / CA institutes or with minimum experience of 2 plus years
- CA or MBA from a reputed institute.
- Dynamic personality and flair for relationship management. Go getter.
- Aggressive approach, planning capabilities, Team Mgt skills/ process focused/ team person / relationship skills/analytical abilities.
- Energetic, Presentable and very good communication skills.
- Ability to identify correct target client & business opportunities. Ability to draw out short and long term business plans in line with the changing market dynamics
- KNOWLEDGE K1 -Sound business acumen and a high degree of financial management capability K2- Excellent knowledge of local CE Market K3- Excellent knowledge of Banking Products
- SKILLS- S1 Excellent communication skills at all levels with the ability to sell to a wide and varied portfolio of clients and to operate and present at board level across a range of sectors S2 management skills with the ability to motivate and performance manage a team of SO against KPI's S3 Successful track record of b2b and b2c sales and proven history of target achievement S4 Effective time management skills S5 Proven track record creatively developing new sales materials and initiatives within time scales

- E1- Atleast 4 Years of target achievement as RM
