Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with various unit/functional heads on a regular basis and close the open positions with in the TAT
- Source and recruit technical candidates by using databases, social media, job boards or by using network through industry contacts
- Conduct regular follow ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Develop a pool of qualified talents (internal and external) in advance.
- Report the staffing status to the group head and functional heads week on week basis
Employee Engagement :
- Conduct career discussion with the employees in consultation with the line managers
- Understand the talent career interest within the vertical and explore exchange of talent from/ to other business verticals
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Have 1:1 and skip meetings with the employees on a regular basis, understand their concerns and create an intervention plan.
Employee Relations:
- Single point of contact for all IT staff regarding HR matters/ policies
- Handle first level queries on ER issues like absconding, memos etc and coordinate with ER team and RHRC for resolution
HR Operations:
- To function as the SPOC for line managers on HR operational issues ( new joinee formalities, leave, transfer, exits..etc)
- Follow up with employees on a case to case basis to update their data in the respective HR systems
- Consolidate data from various dashboards and reports are released effectively on schedule
Skill Set:
- Should have experience in doing technology hiring ( niche profiles ).
- Extensive knowledge on MS applications such as Excel, power point, visio
- Ability to analyze data from various sources and publish dashboards, reports/ presentations
- Ability to multitask
- Good verbal and written communication
Qualification: MBA ( Full time) in HR from Tier I or II institutions. with 3- 5 years of experience.
