- Driving the customer card Engagement strategy & road map for focused segments of debit Cards.
- Managing the Customer Life cycle for the first 100 days from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Deliver the spends & activation Target set for the year.
- Track Actual vs. Budget & ensure minimal variance with different product & portfolio Interventions.
- The Product manager will develop strategic marketing plans for a product or product line through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning.
- Drive the liability sales channel & Digital channel on a regular basis to meet the monthly targets on spends/activation & x-sell.
- Specifying customer requirements basis on-going feed-back from customers, channel & analysis of different Programs.
- Developing and implementing a key debit card projects cutting across all departments & execute through various interventions..
