Portfolio Manager - Digi Bank
- Implement the digital product road map, incorporating market direction and customer preference
- Define digital product solutions, prioritize and manage features that will deliver best-in-class experiences for Digital Bank customers
- Responsible for defining the pricing strategy taking into account competition offering, value offering, benefits and income/profitability considerations
- Work with a cross functional team to drive the implementation of new products, features, and designs
- Work with the Design / User Experience team to translate requirements into concepts and elegant user experience
- Monitor and track product usage and performance
- Entire Portfolio Management of the Digital Bank portfolio - On boarding, Activation, Value Build Up, Product Holding, Attrition Management, Retention plans etc.
- Carry out regular competitor analysis on product/design/user experience/delivery
- Prepare a digital acquisition strategy with Digital Marketing teams to acquire customers from various demographics/geographies/segments.
- Assess implementation options in terms of cost vs customer and business value
- Identify existing gaps, optimization and future opportunities for the product and capabilities needed for effective delivery to customers
- Understand, manage, and communicate prioritization of features, with a mind toward user and business benefits
- Responsible for income and value generation
- Create persona based UI and unique value proposition offering on the Digital Bank (customer demographic wise) along with Digital Marketing
- Migrate Limited Transaction Account customers to Fully KYC Digital Account only account via campaigns / offers / benefit programs
- Maximize value and income by ideating offers / and Digital program benefits
- Ideate smart cross selling digital strategies / referral business for maximum wallet share from customers
- Work with cross functional business team for planning, implementation, monitoring effectiveness and revenue generation in Cross Sell
- Regular monitoring (at pre defined intervals) the effectiveness of the interventions in the digital lifecycle and make necessary amendments if necessary
- Work closely with the various Channels for seamless customer experience / feedback / cross sell / query resolution
