HDFC Bank - Portfolio Manager - Debit Card

- Drive FY activation and spends for Business & Premium Debit Cards

- Manage new customers and implement business strategies to drive Debit Card spends and Activation

- Drive business objectives through segmented campaigns and new products/process initiatives

- Drive Early Activation through campaigns & channel Management.

- Designing end to end processes of the offers

- Fulfilment of the campaign offers to customers

- Define TAT and fulfilment plan for offers

- Analyzing the Campaign results month on month basis to identify campaign performance

- Liaise with cross functional teams to drive product objectives

- Liaise with Campaigns team for the launch of various BTL Campaigns at Segmented level.

- Manage Customer queries & fix issues to improve process/ product experience.

- To prepare reports/ publish newsletters to senior management on deliverables.
