Digital Program Associate (Customer Experience Channel-Scrum Master)
Job Purpose:
- Assist the Product Analysts to maintain ROI delivered by the team
- Assists techno-functional team to removes barrier and resolve impediments
- Assists and facilitates sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily meetings, reviews/demos and retrospectives
- Track and remove impediments for the entire team
- Develop metrics and reports for the progress and to set goals.

Digital Transformation: 1) Co-ordinate with different teams like Biz/IT, Audit, ISG, Compliance, Business and ensure their approvals for product launch and execution
2)Ensure go-live for digital projects under transformation, support management and co-ordination for the project from concept initiation to Go LIVE
Product Enhancements:1) Identifying the product enhancements scope
2) Review of next steps and progress with key stakeholders including business, BTG, IT and vendor
3) Approvals from Product, ISG, Audit, Compliance
Project Management:1) Organizing project plan and know -how of agile way of work
2) Approvals from Product, ISG, Audit, Compliance
Vendor Management:1) To facilitate sprint planning, daily meetings, reviews/demo along with Partner using Agile Methodology
2) Managing and owning the vendor platform
Team Work/ Collaboration:1) Building a collaborative cohesive environment in the team
2) To extend help to team members to grow and evolve
