Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Manage and drive multiple programs, ensuring goals are achieved

2) Build and manage timelines for programs and be accountable for delivering the business goals/objectives

3) Manage cross functional teams for targeted initiatives and goals

4) Formulate, organize and Monitor cross functional programs across all tracks

5) Analyze and translate strategic plans, priorities of the organization; conceptualise programs spanning across different functions/business units for strategy execution

6) Identify and resolve program bottlenecks and challenges, and ensure completion within planned timelines

7) Work closely with multiple stakeholders for program review and update

Key Skills Required :

1) Should have good knowledge of program management and control on all deliverables

2) Negotiation and Conflict Management

3) Previous experience in delivering projects/programs on time

4) Ability to hustle and thrive in a fast paced environment

5) Strong Analytical Ability

6) Strong Interpersonal Skills
