Draw a strategy and roadmap that will position HDFC Bank with best-in-class Digital Banks

- Competition benchmarking

- Evaluating global best practices in the banking domain and check the feasibility of launching it internally

Planning and executing new Product/Process development to -

- Lead the API/ Services product requirement gathering for several enterprise digital products.

- Lead the coordination across the enterprise to gather feature requests and senior leadership to deliver on their vision of enablement and nimbleness.

- Work with development teams and IT partners (Architect) to manage the day to day execution and governance

- Lead the user acceptance testing phases by gathering the right test data for use cases per service.

- Drive the scoping and definition process framework leveraging existing assets and bring new innovations to the organization within Banking Space.

- Work closely with IT, security, legal, marketing, product managers (Mobile, Tablet, and Web) and executive teams to bring new and innovative products/services to market.

- Collaborate with technical resources, privacy, security and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate product implementations and governance structures.

- Exploring New-age Technologies

- Establish Strategic Vision & Pillars New-age Technologies,Help organization address newer, untapped areas in technology.

- Work with NPIC and RBI to get their approval/direction of implementation of new age technology wherever required Collaboration, Partnerships & Alliances

- Establish channels to tap the innovations at the early stage by tying up with start-ups

- Manage Industry Academia Partnership to reach out to maximum number of Fintech start-ups

- Work with group companies and innovate by collaboration
