Job Purpose :
- To create standard operating processes for each activity including compliance manuals and drive compliance on the same through reviews, field visits and audits. The incumbent will also ensure documents of projects and accounts in compliance with internal and external standards.
Job Responsibilities :
Risk Management :
- Creating detail SOP's for partners to address operational risks on field
- Screen UC and other documents periodically and call for clarifications where required
- Prepare NGO score cards
To conduct/coordinate audits :
- Conduct periodic internal reviews and audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed
- Facilitate social audits
- Conduct periodic field verification
To drive adoption of recommendations :
- Disseminate policies and procedures related to compliance activities within teams and externally
- Seek feedback and provide implementation support
- Serve as a point of contact for the team to seek clarification on issues of compliance and report irregularities
Ensuring redressal of queries :
- Review audit queries /complaints received
- Seek response and follow up on closure
- Assist in redressal of issues identified by the team and follow up on compliance issues that need follow up or investigation
- Maintaining records of all compliance related documents for verification
- Coordinating with legal teams where required
Reporting on compliance issues :
- Providing support in preparing reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies
Key Skills :
- Methodological diligent good at planning analytical
Experience Required :
- 5 - 10 years
