KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Enhancing business
1. Increase set of specific Financial Transactions
2. Management of Customer Power
3. Complaints Management (external and Internal)
4. Conduct non analytical programs
5. Channel uptime (tracking, managing and reporting)
B. Liaising internally
1. Management of various MIS, publishing newsletters, maintain website info etc
2. Branch Support by visits and training
