Primary Responsibilities

1. Understanding of PSL guidelines issued by RBI and implementation of the same in retail advances classification.

2. Process Review and preparation of the reports for identified gaps and solutions for the same

3. System requirements and follow up with IT team for implementation and testing

4. Data reconciliation for ensuring correct & complete updation of PSL categories in core system.

5. Ensuring 100% file checking by external vendor and psl classification for the same.

6. Helping other teams to achive PSL targets

7. PSL related MIS Management:

8. Quality checking

9. PSL health checks

10. Understanding and ensuring all compliance requirement

11. Handling critical compliance projects

12. Implementation of new circulars across operations verticals.

13. Sharing of Annexure II to other banks

14. RBI Audit & Statutory Reporting

15. Process reviews for reporting

16. Automation project for all compliance related reporting the information capturing.

17. SOX/Internal/ Statutory Audits

18. Accounts - FinnOne Product Opening & Branch Opening, related master maintenance a

19. Portfolio Reconciliation

20. Gls Monitoring

21. Time & Motion Study & Staff Budgeting for Retail Asset Operations

22. System controls & Enhancements.

23. Trainings to Sales / Credits and resolution of branch queries.

Additional Responsibilities - 

- To complete projects, as assigned by Management from time to time.

- To provide training to teams in the form of document, email, hold concalls in case of processes that are totally new/major process changes.

- To provide updates to Senior Management on new processes, system enhancements with benefits.

- Automation projects.

Skill Required - 

1. Any post graduate with relevant experience.

2. At least 10 years of experience in Operations function of a bank or a non banking finance company.

3. Should have thorough knowledge of all Banking Products, particularly Loan Products including Installment, Securitsation, RBI / SEBI regulations

4. Should have had exposure to Quality function.

5. Self starter and must have the ability to lead from the front.

6. Should have people management skills.

7. Must have - How to do- attitude rather than - How to not do- .

8. High level of execution/delivery quotient.

9. Comprehensive understanding of all procedures and policies relating to operations functions.

10. Thorough understanding of the business drivers, especially the impact of risk management on the business profitability.

11. Strategic structured thought process - to build strategies & implement them as per plan.

12. Thorough knowledge of operations management metrics.

13. Proven project management skills.
