The HRBP is responsible for monitoring and following the HR agenda across assigned businesses groups for Mumbai region.  1. Manage the entire Employee Life Cycle Management of a workforce i.e. hiring to separation for technology vertical.  2. Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.  3. Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements  4. Responsible for handling vendor relations and escalations  5. Campus hiring and initiatives for all campuses according to the business hiring strategy  6. Drive various HR initiatives to foster employee engagement across the assigned business groups  7. Exit interviews: Conduct and analyse attrition data, and recommend the way forward to improve retention.  8. Develop new and implement the existing employee engagement activities to analyse and share feedback with line managers on areas which need intervention. Observe recurrent trends and recommend initiatives or programs for improvisation at a business level.  9. New Joinee Management: Monitor new joinee assimilation, track confirmations of employees and analyze for possible red flags. Monitor from an attrition perspective at a function level.  10. Reward and Recognition: Drive various programs across the region.  11. Open Forums and Employee Meets: Facilitate and ensure resolution of employee queries and concerns. Investigate local complaints/ concerns raised.  12. Facilitate the bank's Job Rotation initiative with a developmental view on internal talent mobility. Responsible for supporting the vertical head on individual units- Job Rotation policies, ensuring the accuracy of employee assignment data and working with business units to enable opportunities within and across businesses.  13. Guiding / Training managers on the Bank's Performance Management System.  14. Facilitating the PMS process. Activities include performance analysis and bell curve checks, an accuracy of rating data, reviews of salary correction recommendations done across business lines.  15. Supporting business teams on issues pertaining to discipline, the Code of Conduct, Employee grievances/complaints etc. and ensuring fair opportunities are given to employees. Coordinating with the Employee Relation team for case-specific resolutions of such issues.  16. Track and ensure training penetration in the region. Ensure correct mapping for employees and training interventions required.  17. Ensure HR Operations Delivery to be completed within predefined SLA's.  18. Conducting quarterly business reviews on key HR parameters of Staffing, Attrition, Career Management & Key Talent Base initiatives, as well as other people-centric initiatives pertinent to the business  Qualifications :  - MBA Full time from Tier 1/Tier II + Institute  - IT industry experience is mandatory
