- Achieving the quantitative target on various parameters including volume, yield, cross sell etc. on month on month basis.
- Building a strong distribution of internal and external channels to cater to maximum sourcing points of the region with optimum utilization of resources.
- Developing and mentoring a strong and well trained sales team to ensure high level manpower productivity and efficient cost management.
- Building effective relationship & co-ordination with multiple departments, i.e., Credit, Collections, Operations, RIC and making sure that organizational goals are met at the zonal level.
- Having sound knowledge of competition products and market dynamics for providing feedback to product team.
- Ensuring effective communication and implementation of the key management directives and make the team understands the importance of these key initiatives.
