Requirements:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor/Master Degree with MBA preferable

Experience Required:

- Minimum experience of 5 to 6 years in Sales & Sales Quality

Who you will work with:

- Sales Supervisors / RCC / Risk / Collections / Products / Operations / AFU

Core Responsibilities:

1. Handle a team of Sales Managers

2. Responsible to drive numbers from the team

3. To ensure focus on achieving the Fincon and Sales target across all Products like Curable, RTO, Smartpay, Term loans, General Insurance, LE & Upgrades, Addon, One Assist, Forex and ME Cross sell

4. Drive and achieve Revenue through big ticket size products

5. Ensure TSE and FSE meets the required productivity

6. Processing and monitoring various pre & post issuance application to achieve Quality standard and allocated targets, more over training on product, Policy and process for better business and higher customer satisfaction

7. Ensuring productivity of DEO & ME processors

8. Monitor TAT of application processing

9. Analyze Approval rates and derive action plans to improve the same

10. Active participation in various initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, revenue generation, cost saving & reduced COA

11. Assist staff to resolve operational problems.

12. Training, Monitoring and reviewing the performance of the staff & ensuring all the processes are in place

13. Induction, Training, Review and communication through personal visit and meeting

14. Conduct interviews, hire new staff and provide employee orientation

15. Training & supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures

16. Smooth interaction with cross function for betterment of Bank process and Business enhancement

17. To track and ensure Dip desk Efficiency
