HDB Financial Services - Training Manager

On boarding and Joining:

1. Mandatory courses on ILearn are completed within TAT of 48 - 72 hours from the date of joining

2. "On the Job" Training of general staff is completed within 15 days from the date of joining

3. Administer Online assessments of general staff at the end of first month and third month

4. Administer New Hire Orientation Survey of general staff at the end of first quarter

Blended Learning:

1. Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing regional training calendar (Orientation programs, Refresher programs)

2. Soft Skills Training (Duration 120 to 180 minutes) at all major locations of the Region once in six months

3. Evaluating appropriate venues to ensure seamless execution of training programs

4. Preparing cost estimate and raise the most cost effective proposal for approval

5. Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with regional HR team for end to end closure of training program

6. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records at regional level

Leadership & Management Development Programs:

1. Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path

2. Developing Learning Roadmap for employees for a period of minimum 120 days and Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior

3. Direct structured learning experiences thru various training tools and monitor their quality results

Management Trainees & Graduate Trainees:

1. Prepare hiring plan in line with organization's requirement of creating talent pool

2. Conducts and supervises learning development programs for all the MTs & GTs

3. Assess the needs of training, conduct the training and evaluate its effectiveness

4. Effective implementation of different learning tools to ensure enhancement of productivity as well as creating a wow learning experience
