HDB Financial Services - Regional Manager - Mortgage

Key Responsibilities are -

- Handling Mortgage productivity of all the branches across regions through channel business.

- Managing overall mortgage operations including P&L accountability, strategic planning, sales, customer service, administration and relationship management.

- Reviewing existing systems & procedures and designing internal controls/quality audit checks for various operational areas.

- Managing higher operational efficiency, resource rationalization and cost reduction.

- Developing and monitoring performance and operations process and identifying the Risk factor.

- Team management and strategic development for business growth.

Qualification & Experience :

- Graduate/Post Graduate with Minimum 12-15 years of experience (10-12 years of experience in Credit business)

- Good communication and pleasing personality.

- High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm.
