Talent Management :
- Conceptualize, Design and Implement programs for performance management, leadership development, employee assessment and succession planning
- Develop learning Architecture for identified roles and create development roadmaps to provide holistic training support to role holders. This includes development of learning paths for identified roles, development of curriculum, setting up of e-learning / classroom training courses and creation of learning content
- Facilitate designing of various talent management processes right from induction of the employee within the organization to separation
- Drive Competency based assessment and design & monitor progress of the Individual Development Plan of employees
- Understand and drive various psychometric assessments which will be used for recruitment & development purposes
- Integrate Competencies for all functions in order to have a ready reference of the skills required for various roles
- Design and drive Succession Planning and Management by focusing on talent & leadership development
- Review the existing policies, benchmark them with the industry standards and support in improvisation wherever required
Job Requirement :
- Proven work experience in developing and managing Talent
- Experience in designing emerging learning solutions, include on-the-job or in classroom training, game based learning, video, micro learning, simulations, immersive scenarios
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferable experience from BSFI sector
