THE ROLE :

- We are hiring a Growth Marketer / Demand Generation Manager who will be responsible for delivering effective marketing campaigns for lead generation, engagement, and monetization. This cross-functional role works closely with the marketing, sales teams, product management, and technology teams to conceptualize and launch features and campaigns that will increase usage, traffic, and revenues for the digital channels.

- Our GTM is focused on mid-market eCommerce/D2C brands in the United States and we will be focused on Product Led Sales motions to acquire and close customers.

MUST-HAVE HARD SKILLS :

- Generate Leads and convert to Prospects

- Brainstorm, plan and execute lead generation and enrichment campaigns using first principles to deliver, target, and drive direct revenue for the business utilizing database marketing/email, social media campaigns, web (inbound), SEO, and develop and implement strategies to reach the target audience through channels.

- Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, and so on) to assist in the improvement of campaigns and future marketing strategies

- Plan, Execute, Measure, Automate and scale experiments and conversion tests.

- Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points, and optimize customer funnels.

- Marketing Strategy, Brand and Content development

- Brainstorm efficient and creative strategies for building a memorable brand.

- Design, build, and maintain our web and social media presence and getting the right target segment buyers following as fast as possible.

- Generate bite-sized and customer-relevant easily consumed content that makes complex, abstract and technical topics easy to understand - building a range of compelling assets and artifacts (Videos, Social Media Ads, Blog Posts, Case Studies) that crisply articulate our value.

- Brainstorm new and creative organic growth strategies. Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.

- Develop a good understanding of ever-evolving industry trends and customer perspectives, and optimize spend and digital performance based on these insights.

SOFT SKILLS:

- Hunger to win, data-driven, creative with approaches, with a sharp focus on rapid methodical execution

- Energetic, self-motivated and comfortable dealing with the ambiguity and rapid changes that come with working for a fast-growing 0-1 company in a rapidly evolving marketplace

- Working cross-functionally with the product management, customer success, sales teams, product management, and technology teams to improve the efficacy of marketing activities

- Ability to tell a good (data-driven) story - to both business and technical audiences

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

- Knowledge of the unique perspectives and challenges of selling a B2B subscription product (PLG or PLS motions), and experience with SaaS startups.

- Data Analytics and/or e-commerce experience is a big plus

- Experience with presenting analytics insights and complex business topics through different media

- Work with agencies and vendors/partners to drive results, where efficient and to execute rapid campaigns.
