Hiring for a Leading Private Sector Bank Job Profile :- The role holder is required to support the rollout and execution of all talent management initiatives like assessment centers, succession planning, managerial & leadership capability, talent conversations, etc. Responsibilities :- - Ensure that the execution of all Talent management initiatives is as per plan/schedule. - Coordinate and manage all talent initiatives with respect to process implementation, logistics, internal scheduling etc. - Assist employees/managers for any queries/clarifications etc. and ensure that the respective program rollout is seamless. - Drive, track and ensure participation for talent management initiatives. - Collate, manage & retrieve talent related data on real time basis using spreadsheets or other relevant tools. - Provide data analytics for reporting purposes and design effective dashboards. - Create presentations related to projects under the talent umbrella. - Initiate, nurture and leverage strong relationships with HR business partners, employees, managers & business leaders to ensure PAN Bank roll out and execution of projects.
