HCM Project Manager - PMP

Basic Qualification:Engineering degree MUST (Management degree not mandatory)

Skills required:Project Planning, Schedule management, Risk evaluation, Change management, Customization management, Data migration handling, Team Management and resource allocation

Functional skills:In depth knowledge on HCM. Birds eye view of all the processes - Finance, SCM, Maintenance etc.

(PMP certification preferred)

Soft skills:Excellent communication skills, Prior experience in working with customers, External / client facing experience must ; Willingness to travel ;
