HCM Implementation Manager

Job Description:

- Implementing various HRMS modules at various client locations across the globe.

- Working along with Functional consultants in understanding the client requirements and help in preparation of gap document

- Understanding the client requirements and configuring the software to address these requirements.

- Uploading Client data into the software from existing software or Excel files

- Training the client on the software and working with the client to implement the software

- Interfacing with the client for the entire duration of the project from kickoff to closure.

- Working with Project Managers to draw up project Implementation Plans

- Updating and reporting on the status of various installation projects that are being handled.

- Help in End user Training, UAT & Post Implementation Support.

- Should carry operational knowledge on SQL & Web applications that will help in assisting resolving user queries or building reports to customer quickly
