HCL's Digital Process Operations (DPO) has witnessed hypergrowth in last 3 years delivering on enterprise modernization initiatives & helping clients accelerate their transformation journey. Our transformation programs with F500 organizations require changes to operating model, process, governance, culture & digital platform deployment to create operating cost structure disruption or identify alternate sources of value to amplify critical business outcomes.

The pandemic has ensured reliance on past process assessment models & legacy transformation capabilities (read pre COVID) need reformatting, HCL is looking out for a leader to craft a futuristic transformation organization & implementation roadmap for our clients.

Location : Noida/Chennai

Role description :

- Lead the charter for service assurance & transformation acceleration for Enterprise services

- Design transformation road map partnering with clients that can deliver on industry leading efficiencies, speed to market & customer experience service outcomes

- Collaborate with the independent business units of Enterprise services & drive them from a current stable operating segment to an industrialized, modular & highly differentiated service capability unit that generates tangible business value for the enterprise

- Design & deploy next generation GBS tool kit to elevate on the operating maturity & pivot to a service catalogue based operating culture & a service management mindset

- Build frameworks to create shared service savings business case for clients based on quick diagnostics/enterprise scan through process mining tools (Celonis etc) & assess savings potential

- Design & expand on RU based pricing models & embed service catalogue based operating culture

- Build GBS industrialization product offering to support DPO's GTM initiatives

What we are looking for :

- HCL is looking for a senior executive who can build an organization with blend of skills in process changes, digital technologies & change management to become the transformation engine for the enterprise

- Extensive Global Shared Services strategy and deployment experience, setting up & scaling/transforming GBS

- Deep experience in operating model design & anchoring business transformation across any of Hi Tech/Manufacturing/RCPG industries in Finance or Supply chain

- Lived & worked across multiple countries with exposure to global business & strong experience in driving change

- Self motivated, thought leader with exceptional relationship building & persuasion skills

- Experience with ERP implementation preferable
