AT HCLTech, we are in a fast paced digitalization journey. You will be part of Digital Process Operations (DPO) Automation Team, responsible for providing intelligent/hyper automation solutions to end customers.

1. RPA - Consulting, Implementation, post implementation support around Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution landscape. We are value added reseller and system integration partners to the largest RPA vendors at global stage. These include- Automation Anywhere, UiPath, BluePrism, Workfusion, Pega.

2. Analytics- Consulting and Implementation around entire gamut of Analytics offerings viz. Data Visualization / Visual Analytics, Business Intelligence / Descriptive Analytics, Predictive Analytics / Forecasting & ML modeling and Prescriptive Analytics.

3. HCL IP's such as Exacto (AI/ML Solution) and Toscana (Workflow Solution)

4. Next Gen technology solutions including GenAI that augment & supplement end to end transformation

As the Due Diligence Lead for Transformation Offerings, you will oversee the evaluation and validation of transformation solutions incorporating technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management (BPM), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Analytics, and Gen AI. In addition to leading the due diligence process, you will collaborate with presales and solutions teams to ensure alignment between technical assessments and client requirements, providing strategic recommendations to drive successful transformation initiatives.

1. Due Diligence Process Management:

- Lead the due diligence process for transformation offerings, working closely with presales and solutions teams to gather requirements, assess technical capabilities, and evaluate solution feasibility.

- Develop comprehensive due diligence plans, methodologies, and timelines, ensuring thorough evaluations are conducted to support informed decision-making.

2. Technical Evaluation and Analysis:

- Conduct detailed technical assessments of transformation solutions, analyzing their alignment with client needs, scalability, and potential impact on business objectives.

- Evaluate the technical architecture, features, and functionalities of RPA, BPM, AI, ML, Analytics, and Gen AI technologies, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

3. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

- Identify and assess risks associated with transformation initiatives, including technical dependencies, security vulnerabilities, and compliance considerations.

- Collaborate with presales and solutions teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.

4. Alignment with Presales and Solutions:

- Work closely with presales teams to understand client requirements, objectives, and challenges, providing technical expertise and guidance to develop tailored transformation solutions.

- Collaborate on solution design, proposal development, and client presentations, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and client expectations.

5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and internal quality assurance guidelines throughout the due diligence process.

- Conduct thorough reviews and audits of due diligence documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of findings and recommendations.

6. Strategic Recommendations and Client Engagement:

- Compile due diligence findings into comprehensive reports, presentations, and executive summaries, providing strategic recommendations and actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.

- Engage with clients to communicate due diligence findings, address concerns, and facilitate informed decision-making regarding transformation initiatives.

7. Knowledge Sharing and Training:

- Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and advancements in digital transformation, RPA, BPM, AI, ML, Analytics, and Gen AI.

- Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned with internal teams through training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing forums.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in transformation & automation domain

- Proven experience in presales, solutions architecture, or consulting roles, with a focus on transformational offerings.

- Strong technical background with expertise in transformational technologies such as RPA, BPM, AI, ML, Analytics, and Gen AI.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven experience in due diligence, technology assessment, or consulting roles, with expertise in transformation offerings incorporating RPA, BPM, AI, ML, Analytics, and Gen AI.

- Ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex technical solutions and provide strategic recommendations.
