Roles & Responsibility :
1. Project Financial Management :
- Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately to meet project goals.
- Monitor project costs, revenue, and expenses to ensure the project stays within the budgetary constraints.
- Identify areas of cost savings and revenue opportunities to improve the project's financial performance.
2. Business Strategy and Planning :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
- Develop a business plan for the project, including revenue projections, cost estimates, and financial targets.
3. Risk Management :
- Identify and assess potential risks that could impact the project's financial performance.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of risks on the project's profitability.
4. Project Performance Analysis :
- Monitor and analyze the project's financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks.
- Identify areas of improvement and take corrective actions to address any deviations from the financial plan.
5. Decision-Making :
- Make data-driven decisions related to resource allocation, pricing, investment, and revenue generation opportunities.
- Balance short-term financial goals with long-term strategic objectives.
6. Revenue Generation :
- Identify opportunities to increase project revenue through various means, such as upselling to existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, or expanding the project's reach.
7. Client Engagement :
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that the project's deliverables meet their expectations.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
8. Team Management :
- Lead and manage the project team, providing direction, support, and motivation to achieve project goals.
- Encourage a culture of performance and accountability within the team.
9. Reporting and Communication :
- Provide regular financial and operational updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Present financial reports and performance analysis to demonstrate the project's progress and financial viability.
10. Business Development :
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to identify potential opportunities for new projects and business expansion.
11. Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the project's financial performance and operational efficiency.
12. Architectural Design:
- Designing and defining the overall structure, components, modules, interfaces, and data models of Java-based applications, considering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
13. Technical Leadership:
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring they follow best practices and adhere to architectural guidelines.
14. Technology Evaluation:
- Evaluating new technologies, tools, frameworks, and platforms related to Java development and proposing their adoption when appropriate.
Skills Required :
1. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with any one of the open source technology Java, Java EE, and related frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and others or .net framework.
2. P expertise - on LCNC , BPM products and solutions
3. Architectural Patterns: Proficiency in various architectural patterns such as MVC, microservices, SOA, and understanding when to apply them appropriately.
4. Design Patterns: Thorough understanding and practical application of design patterns to create reusable and maintainable Java code.
5. Security Principles: Understanding of security principles and best practices in application development
6. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges.
7. Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and mentor development teams effectively.
