- Must have extensive experience in handling large transformational SOA and BPM Programs using best practices and methodologies.
- Practice Development and Management: Expertise in the areas of Practice Building, Performance Management Consulting, Business Case Presentation and Technology Pre-sales
- Engagement Management: Management of large size software projects. Experience managing critical BPM / SOA projects, strictly managing scope, time, cost, and quality.
- Strategic Consulting: To work with Senior Management to formulate various strategies like SOA, IOT Roadmaps
- Proposal Writing for all new initiatives in BPM, SOA, EAI domain
- Formation of processes, service offerings catalogue, understanding business landscape and aligning it to Practice roadmap
- Assist in the development and/or review of SOWs, MSAs, and other related documentation
- Support existing business process automations and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process
- Work directly with the partners on technology platform related issues, suggest improvements
- To design comprehensive solutions; solve complex business problems and then directing the implementation of these solutions through a team of developers and leads
- Work with the various teams to analyze and assess implementation methodology
- Identify & communicate the technical infrastructure requirements
- Work collaboratively with the Professional Services Team, Customer Engagement team and assist is the proper expectation of resources and timing
Desired Skills & Experience :
- 10+ years of experience in BPM, SOA, EAI, Java for COE at leadership level
- Independently manage Technical Solution, Hiring, and Roadmap towards competency development.
- Work closely with leaders globally.
- External customer-facing management experience a plus (including partners)
