JD:
- Continuous improvement of the program's process through better understanding of sales transformation strategy, on-ground dynamics, customer relationships, employee expectations and marketing campaigns of the program.
- Take leadership role in designing and executing improvements in the program's process via automation, integration with other platforms and understanding of other processes.
- Create FRDs and service requests for any process change and work closely with technical teams to implement the changes.
- Responsible for all reports, analytics and presentation decks necessary to report program performance to various teams and leaders in the company.
- Understand changes in reporting requirements, collaborate with other teams and create improved reporting of program performance for C level executives.
- Support the lead managers in the program with insights so that they can have better relationship with account leaders, process leads quicker and achieve their targets.
- Support the marketing manager in execution of marketing campaigns and events through insights on target audience from the data in the system.
Required Qualifications:
- Post graduate in business management from a reputable business school
- 5 to 7 years of experience in sales/marketing processes, operations and programs.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in data analytics with the use of any analytical software preferable.
Required Competencies :
- Excellent verbal and written communication with expertise in MS PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce.com with understanding of opportunity stages in sales cycle and ability to create reports & dashboards.
- Hands-on experience in MS Excel (well versed with Vlookup and other formulae, Pivot Tables)
