HCL - Technical Architect - RPA

HCL is looking for candidates experienced in RPA Technical Architect profile :

Experience: 10-12 years

Education: B.E./ B. Tech./ M.E./ M. Tech

Job Location: Chennai

Key Requirements :

- Experience in RPA solution management is a must

- Strong understanding of RPA technologies is a must

- Excellent communication skills

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Must have delivered RPA solution

- Must have aptitude for solution design and development

- Have Technical leadership and team management skills

- Should be ready to work as per client shifts

- Open to travel onsite as per project requirements

- Experience in banking domain is desirable

- Experience in multiple RPA technologies is desirable

Key Responsibilities / Functions / Role:

- Understand solution design document and accordingly create low level design documents

- Provide technical leadership to team in sync with requirements

- Deliver projects within project constraints and quality on global delivery models with timely reviews and feedback

- Project planning and monitoring to manage RPA solution delivery with resource optimization

- To mentor team members achieve designated goals
