Working with the Strategic HR programs team at HR BSERV HCL Technologies Ltd., selected candidate would work as a Senior Executive with key roles and responsibilities as:  Provide guidance and support to Strategic programs team on HR analytics project which includes analysis on attrition, demand vs fulfillment, overhead cost, Salaries, etc.  Provide data mining and analytical support on HR engagements, including conducting analysis, building data intensive models/tools, summarize and interpret results  Enhance overall knowledge base in understanding different HR systems and provide support to a wide range of HR verticals through database management  Involved in Preparing dashboards, presentations and other actionable to act as a Decision Support System to the Strategic programs head director HR BSERV  Responsible for driving various initiatives with respective stakeholders through trackers, action planners, etc.  Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities  General Management skills, academically sound with strong grasp of fundamentals with good communication skills along with analytical bend approach  Must be highly skilled in the use of Excel. Must have a basic knowledge of PowerPoint.   Ability to appropriately plan and organize; administer and prioritize; monitor and evaluate the work flow of projects and activities  Resistance to stress. Ability to maintain composure and communicate effectively under stress; ability to perform effectively under competing and/or conflicting demands on time
