Role - Presales/Solutioning Experience: - Experience in FS BPO Pre-Sales experience in one of the following: Capital Markets, Financial Crime, Mortgages, KYC/AML; - Geo: Supporting customers in North America primarily - so availability during late India hours will be required - WFH is ok with the flexibility of coming to the office, if needed. - May get some opportunities to work on EU customer proposals Role/Key activities will be a combination of some/all of the following activities: - Solution Development - should understand one of the areas mentioned above for making unique selling propositions/responding to RFPs - Bid Management - program managing proposal responses, deal qualification (as needed), work with cross functional teams on proposal responses - Data analysis, customer analysis, market/industry research on the latest trends etc. (as/if needed)
