HCL - Senior Executive/Deputy Manager/Manager - Financial Control - CA

- Candidate should be good in financials preparation and analysis.

- Knowledge on IFRS/Ind AS will be advantageous.

- He will be Controller for various Geo subsidiaries of HCLT group.

- Coordinating in preparation of local books as per local GAAP & its reconciliation with SAP.

- Ensuring entitly level profitability as per Transfer pricing and doing project level profitability analysis on quarterly basis.

- Preparation of annual financials as per local GAAP & clause 129 for India reporting.

- Coordinating Local audits.

- Filling of Annual/ Quarterly statistical surveys.

- Coordination with the Taxation, Secretarial, legal & compliance team.

- Preparation of annual budgets for Audit & Consultant payments.

Closing activities like :

- IGAAP & UGAAP disclosures

- Forex run & its reconciliation

- Actuarial valuation

- Corp segment allocation & debtors ageing

- TB & PL review

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Should Have Exposure to either IGAAP, US GAAP or IFRS

- Only CA Qualified candidates who are 2009 to 2015 Pass out

- Good Communication Skills
