Responsibilities: - Develop complex transformation solution through - Platform Modernization, Automation and advanced digital technologies like RPA, AI & ML, focused on delivering business value - Design and Develop Consulting framework - catalyzing large scale development engaging all levers of transformation (technical & non-technical) - Architect and develop process blueprints and transformation roadmaps for the to-be state. - Program Manage large scale global transformations - Apply knowledge of cloud and data analytics - Focus towards Digital strategy, Program delivery excellence, Technical acumen and Business development. - Employ sophisticated communication skills, both bottom-up and top-down, with the ability to work with CXOs - Develop and leverage Digital Transformation thought leadership to drive successful business outcomes Qualification: - B.Tech , MBA with 10-14 years' experience in Information Technology including 7+ years in consulting or advisory role within technology consulting, digital services, management consulting. - This role will be client-facing, responsible to develop Transformation strategy, Process blueprints, Consulting Framework and solutions for Digital, Enterprise Architecture, Platform Modernization, Automation complex digital transformation programs that deliver business value. - Have an appreciation for clients business processes and assess Clients' digital technology maturity, identify gaps and develop a strategic digital roadmap - Application of relevant tools and techniques - such as process mapping, Lean Techniques, Business architecture, Customer Journey Mapping etc. - Experience in structuring and developing compelling digital product and service proposals - Experience or working knowledge of Design thinking, Agile, DevOps, Advanced Analytics, UX, enterprise solutions, and RPA, and ability to translate these to business-outcomes when positioning consulting engagements - Strong Program Management Skills - Strong presentation and communication skills - The role has ample opportunities for growth in one of the fastest growing practices in the company
