HCL - Remedy Architect - BMC AR System

Experience - 10-15 yrs

Location - Noida

- Must have in-depth experience with the BMC AR System architecture, including best practice design and implementation

- Remedy performance tuning skills and in-depth knowledge in AR System Server configuration

- Must have knowledge in End to End installation, upgrade and migration.

- Minimum of 8 years’ experience working with the BMC AR System

- Familiarity with all the components of the BMC ITSM7.x & 8.x application set. Exposure to BMC ITSM 7.5 or 7604 would be preferred.

- Maintenance of Remedy ARS based ITSM Suite, SLM, SRM and Atrium CMDB

- Managing CMDB data model and Asset / CI Audit Log

- Web services and Integration knowledge is must.

- Conversant in the related SLM components.

- Analytics, Dashboard, TelAlert & RKM knowledge would be preferred

- ITIL v3 certification is must.

- Formal BMC ITSM7.x/8.x training an advantage

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Very good communication skills

- Ability to deal with partners and peers located worldwide

- Bachelor’s degree with focus of applied sciences or engineering from leading institutes
