1. 4-8 years of IT Recruitment Experience
2. Exposure to IT hiring large volumes a must
3. Should handle end to end recruitment
4. Sourcing relevant applicants from various job portals as per the requirement
5. Conduct telephonic interview for initial screening basing on the necessity
6. Following up the candidates to get the interviews done and placed
7. Must be comfortable with travel for recruitment drives.
8. Excellent communication and convincing skill
9. Candidate should have good experience in Sourcing Methodology.
10. Good experience in Social Media hiring.
Job Location : Vijayawada
