Job location : Chennai.
- The role requires the person to support and lead various strategic initiatives of HCL. The key responsibility would be driving and program managing a new initiative as being explored by HCL. It requires the person to work on market research and analysis (both primary and secondary), making strategic recommendations based on insights and inputs, business due diligence and thought leadership to identify and incubate new propositions and thought processes
- Strategic project planning and goal setting
- Project execution and governance
- Metrics definition, analysis and tracking
- Facilitate process implementation and monitoring
Key Skills desired:
1. Good analytical skills
2. Good Reporting and Presentation
3. Ability to build relationship and interact with senior stakeholders and get the required support to run the operations
4. Good and assertive communication
5. Should have Business and financial modelling knowledge along with personality to manage interactions with potential business partners and enterprise customers.
