Position - Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

The Operation Managers will have the primary responsibility to deliver the Services associated within the scope of the Agreement. Primary Operation Manager Responsibilities will include:

- Should have at least 10+ years of IT experience

- Out of which the last 2+ years (at least) should have worked as Operations Manager role managing a large scale Enterprise Data Center of at least 1000 servers.

- Should have basic technical skills in the common technologies like Windows, VMware, Storage, Database, Backup, etc.

- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc. Certifications like ITIL, PMP, Prince2 would be given preference.

- Should independently drive critical incidents to closure

- Should have strong analytical and logical skills to drive individual teams during critical incident

- Good command over spoken and written English is essential. Experience working with Global customers is a must.
