HCL - Online Product Manager

HCL is looking for Technical Product Manager preferably from eCommerce background. Responsibilities include:

A. Person should be able to drive feature development, prioritize product road-map, customer segmentation and demand generation.

B. Person should have an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply when solving business problem (specifically online, B2B)

C. In-depth knowledge of all backend operations, warehouse processing and customer touch points

D. Should have knowledge on latest tools & technologies to support digital application development

E. Plans, coordinates, supervises all activities related to the design, development, implementation of the organization's Online applications development function like Payment Gateways/Bank integration, Insurance

F. Ensures that technical development can function within project constraints (time, budget, staffing, quality, scope).

G. Developing standard operating procedures and leading process improvements
