Position: Manager / Senior Manager - IA (SOX_ICFR)

Location: Noida

Experience Required: Min 10 years

Profile:

CA with around 10 years + experience in audits, handling the Financial & Operations audits & SOX. The candidate is required to support the in-house auditors with value add inputs in audits and SOX testing being carried out by them, coordinating with co-sourced audit firms for timely completion of audits, follow up with auditors for closure of open gaps. The candidate would be involved in control reviews in case of changes in Business processes.

Technical skills:

- Hands-on good experience in SAP (FI, MM, SD)

- SOX implementation & testing exp.

- Strong MS office knowledge and PPT skills.

- Practical exposure to Internal controls (Financial Reporting)

- An analytical mind, and problem solving abilities.

Qualification: CA /CS / ICWA (preferably CA)

Experience:

- 10 years+ post qualification audit experience covering SOX implementation and testing, internal and/or external audit, process re-engineering, process reviews.

- Exposure to audits in IT industry is preferred.
