Skills & Responsibilities:

- 4-5 years of experience in Technology Consulting

- Workable knowledge of Salesforce CRM or MS Dynamics or SAP

- Experience in implementing Marketing automation tools particularly Eloqua

- Functional knowledge of Marketing and Sales processes

- Strong business acumen and understanding of business issues across multiple focus sectors

- Project Management and Stakeholder Management Skills

- Strong consulting Skills to map AS-IS processes, identify Gaps using people process and technology framework, and craft To-Be processes

- Monitor Salesforce Update, App-exchange tools, and equip with latest CRM practices and come up with all recommendation which the team can leverage

- Knowledge of using SFDC Exchange Apps, analyze them, do POC, test the outcome, and understanding at implementation level

- Excellent analytical skills and a strong customer service ethic

- Experience with user account management including account creation and deletion as well as adjusting access level settings using profiles, roles, and permission sets

- Facilitates cross- functional teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations

- Analyze technologies, technical processes and/or functions, document findings, identify areas for improvement and create specifications and implement

- Thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments

Candidate would be responsible for driving the project in terms of

- Defining the Technology roadmap for sales and marketing automation roadmap

- Defining and improvising lead scoring logic, validation rules and contact consolidation templates

- Devising ways of working between sales and marketing ;

- Conducting workshop for Sales and Marketing folks to bring alignment on ways of working

- Handling conflict situations of non-acceptance of MQL by sales

- Conducting end-user trainings

- Conceptualize frameworks for monitoring ROMI

- Change Management Communication and Planning

- Undertaking audits from time-to-time for end-user adoption
