HCL Business Services, Noida is hiring for Manager/ Sr. Manager- FPnA: Key Skills needed: - Advanced knowledge of financial reporting systems including Hyperion and Oracle - Advanced knowledge of excel and multi-dimensional databases - Ability to analyze and interpret financial data - A change agent to lead continuous process improvement - Strong communication and collaboration skills to be able to work with the finance team across all geographies and functions within Finance and Accounting as well as with the IT team when needed - Ability to work independently but knowing when to consult with others Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for routine forecast updates such as substitution variables, load templates and other adhoc questions from the field - Responsible for maintaining Hyperion system access & security rights - Responsible for architecting technical aspects of Hyperion administration and key liaison to Enterprise IT applications team. - Lead technical aspects of Hyperion improvements working closely with the finance team to drive improvements in efficiency, reporting quality and timeliness - Make recommendations on key data structures and system design as it relates to all financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statements and other analytical tools - Work with different areas of finance to implement new solutions to improve business intelligence, reporting and analysis - Trouble shoot reconciliation issues between systems (oracle vs Hyperion) and determine both the root cause and solution - Create and maintain all System administration documentation including basic Hyperion procedures as well as specific information related to the design and functionality of our cubes. - Document and maintain End user training documentation as well as train new Hyperion users - Coordinate with IT team to monitor system performance and reduce or eliminate unscheduled downtime; proactively communicate to global finance team when there is scheduled/unscheduled downtime - Proponent of continuous process improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness - Staying current with new technologies and trends in finance as well as identifying opportunities to challenge status quo on our existing systems and processes Additional Skill required: 1) Cash Flow Modeling 2) FX Modeling 3) Project Modeling 4) Financial Modeling 5) Experience in - Sales Force- application 6) Wider experience in Revenue side Analytics and Forecasting, etc. This role would be catering to one of our US Healthcare projects, therefore we are looking for candidates who are comfortable with night shifts. US Visa ready candidates are preferred.
