Job Role Summary

- A Process Compliance & Audit Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Operation/Organization is adhering to any contractual and company guidelines and agreements, relevant to its business. They also review and enforce compliance with standards or regulations imposed by professional organizations or even a company's internal guidelines. They will also conduct audits in any area related to the Delivery organization, within its global scope.

Responsible for planning and implementing risk management strategies, processes and programs. Manages resolution of incidents / problems throughout the contract lifecycle, including classification, prioritization and initiation of action, documentation of root causes and implementation of remedies. Development and execution of risk controls and management strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

- Supervises or leads audit teams to ensure that independent appraisals follow agreed procedure and advises others on the audit process. Evaluates the results against specified objectives

- Develops procedures for engagement, reporting, and communicate teams members.

- Reviews SOWs, general contract, process documents, and any other document used within the operations to validate the organization is meeting standards and agreements.

- By analysis of collected information, identifies control weaknesses in processes or areas, and prepares formal reports commenting on the conformity found to exist in the audited part.

- Develops and implements audit programs regarding contractual agreements between HCL and client, which impact the Delivery organization directly within its entire scope.

- They will generally work closely with upper management or administrative personnel, such as Organization VP, L1, L2, and L3 managers, in reviewing compliance procedures and processes.

- Many compliance auditors act as consultants for the organization.

- Performs Audit work and management testing, scope analysis, engagement, appraisals and evaluation of evidences, development and communication of recommendations and follow-up audit.
