HCL - Manager - Marketing Operations

HCL Tech is hiring for the role as Program Marketing manager.

What we are looking for :

- Manage a team of 4 people who work with delivery units of HCL to incorporate the program in their units, promoting program features and orienting employees to the program's process.

- Connect with sales and delivery leaders across geographies to understand customer relationship, contracts and projects serviced, future business opportunities, employee expectations and other dynamics at the delivery units servicing HCL customers.

- Take leadership role in designing innovation and collaborating with other teams to deliver company's vision, program's fiscal goals and discover new ways to provide business impact.

- Create employee success stories that can be shared with business leaders and used as promotion material. Document cases studies for future reference and program enhancement.

- Responsible for all reports, analytics and presentation decks necessary to report program performance across delivery units in the company.

- Provide support to the marketing manager in the program to execute campaigns and events, and also help the process manager to align automation and improvement in the process.

Required Qualifications:

- Post graduate in business management from a reputable business school

- 7 to 9 years of experience in marketing, preferably in information technology industry.

- At least 3 years of experience in managing teams to deliver business objectives and results.

Required Competencies:

- Excellent verbal and written communication with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

- Sound understanding of IT business, technology trends, marketing and sales operations.

- Experience in lead generation, account-based marketing, unit marketing and sales support.

- Ability to simplify complex requirements and manage a cross-cultural team to deliver results.
