- Experience in end to end accounting with primary domain expertise in Record to Report (General Ledger) - Team leading experience (minimum 40 people) - Strong end to end accounting knowledge (exposure to P2P, O2C and R2R) - Domain expertise in in Record to Report (General Ledger) - Exposure to SOX and internal control compliance and operations risks - Experience in Transformation projects - Should've managed the SLAs in previous profiles - Ensures process harmonization with other Region teams - Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory - Experience in managing relationships with onshore Client - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Working experience in FMCG will be preferred
