HCL - Manager - Business Development

HCL is looking for Business Development Manager for Vijayawada location.

Experience: 8 to 12 years

Note: Candidates has to work in Chennai for some time, later move to Vijayawada location.

Location Sourcing manager ( Business Development Manager)

- Responsible for planning for sourcing actives in accordance with sourcing process in OMS.

- Responsible to capture & manage the Leads available from various resources i.e. digital campaign / print media adv / inbound calls / college connect / employment exchange / Walk In etc.

- Responsible to drive and coach the call center agents to counsel with the candidates for generating leads.

- Responsible for assisting and advising the team on various sourcing activities.

- Ensuring participation of team members in accordance with allocated tasks with an appropriate workload balance among team members.

- Responsible to Conceptualize & Manage the Promotional Events by maximizing the Target footfalls & high revenue conversion as an ROI.

- Responsible for generating revenue by converting the leads.

- Responsible for identifying the operational challenges in execution & deliver the solution.

- Encouraging team for open communication and participation in decision making when appropriate and required.

- Driving the usage of DAR template for critical and strategic decision.

- Responsible for possessing adequate knowledge, skills, and process abilities for communication and participatory management activities.

- Responsible to form Taskforce teams for accomplishing business objectives of the workgroup so formed and track its completion progress. Once the objectives met, the taskforce team get disbanded and learnings recorded.

- Responsible for giving adequate and sufficient KT sessions to new members joining the team.

Simple Form :

- Resource with combination of fresher recruitment experience and Sales / Marketing exposure who has lead generation knowledge

- Someone from Concept selling can be focused

- Someone from Education institutes / Education Training center into Business development
