Role : Channel Management
Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi
Years of Exp : 5-6 years of experience in education industry with 2 plus years of experience in channel management
Qualification : MBA Marketing, Sales
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Institutional Business (K12 ) via partners
- Effectively manage ROI through - Partner Business Model-
- Monitoring Partners to achieve Organizational Goals
- Maintaining and developing existing accounts, new customer acquisition and right product-mix
- Increase wallet share within the existing accounts by increased account penetration
- Competition mapping and ensuring success of identified opportunity
- Manage and escalate customer's queries, requests, complaints
- Generating revenue through account management and achieve assigned targets.
- Responsible for tracking and collection of BR and maintain the profit margins.
- Works closely with cross-functional sales/operations teams, taking optimum advantage of all appropriate resources
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning to achieve the targets.
- Responsible for negotiating the commercials, compiling the memorandum of understanding & ensuring deal closures.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Education Industry is a must
- Experience in Territorial Planning and Target mapping for approx. 5-6 districts
- Communication & presentation skills.
- Selling & Negotiation skills with proven track record
- Should be well versed in local / regional dialect
- Possession of car / bike is preferred
