Job title: AGM / DGM / GM
Experience: 12+ years
Job Location: Chennai
Shift: UK / US shift
Education: University degree (B. Com, - M.B.A.) in Business majoring in Accounting, Finance, or another Financial-related program. Inter CA / Final ICWAI will be preferred
Job Responsibility:
- At least 12+ years of relevant work experience in financial services, banking, insurance
- Work experience in Bank debts and other complex OTC derivatives with sound knowledge of end to end fund accounting for long only and alternatives.
- Analyzing business requirements and translating business requirements into actionable specifications
- Strong project management skills and ability to track against agreed timelines
- Ability to analyze and initiate new concepts and functionality in a changing environment and ability to obtain pertinent information by research and interaction with clients/users
- Demonstrated skill in the implementation phase of large and complex projects
- High comfort with creating and presenting information through PowerPoint and flowcharting software
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in written format
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interface with stakeholders from all disciplines, backgrounds and cultures (both regional and global)
- Flexibility with timezones
