Being a part of the finance team & reporting in to Senior Vice President- Finance, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the payroll for HCL Corporation & SNF group
- Handling of payroll for Senior Management team
- Closely working with HR on the compensation structure for both the domestic & international workers
- Managing all the payroll related compliances i.e. PF, ESI, Gratuity, CLRA etc.
- Capability to handle multiple payrolls across various locations/states in India
- Excellent knowledge of income tax & TDS provisions related to salary
- Experience in filing & reconciling TDS returns for salary
- Preparation of payroll schedules for statutory & internal audits
- Preparation of MIS as per the required format
- Experience in implementing & working on payroll ERP
- Ensuring compliance with Internal controls & the prescribed policies & procedures
- Other assignments on basis of requirements of reporting manager from time to time.
- Excellent working knowledge on MS excel
Qualification/Experience Required
- Must be a CA Inter/M.Com /MBA with 8-9 years of relevant experience in handling multiple payrolls across various locations in India
- Must have good understanding of PF, ESI , Gratuity & other payroll related compliances
- Must have good communication & Email Skills
- Must be well versed with Excel & Tally
- Must have worked in ERP environment with month end closures
- Experience of working on Adrenalin Payroll system will be preferred.
