Experience and Responsibilities

- Technology Graduate having 8+ years of experience in IT Industry with track record of driving solution architecture in Data and Analytics engagements.

- Understanding of various products, technologies, processes and ecosystem around Business Analytics (Data Warehouse, Big Data, Data Science and Data Visualization).

- Lead the BI / Analytics technical responses / proposals around solution architecture, estimation, project implementation approach, timelines, scope etc, project management and governance.

- Should have worked on MS SQL Server, SSAS, Power BI, SSRS and SSIS, Rev R, R, SAS, Qlik / Tableau. Additional exposure on Big Data / data lake stack of technologies will be highly preferred.

- Facilitating, guiding and influencing the clients and teams towards right information technology architecture and becoming interface between Business, Tech leadership and the Delivery teams.

- Apply domain expertise and innovative ideas to architect/ design solutions; evaluate multiple options to meet client's business requirements. Gather requirements and convert into technical documentation. Strong analytics domain exposure in either of BFSI, Pharma / Healthcare, IT Operations or Retail will be a huge plus.

- Involved in presentations to the clients and Manage client visits, conduct demonstration and road shows when needed.

- Providing hands on assistance in data modeling, technical implementation of vendor products and practices as needed.

- Be the conscience of the Delivery Unit in reviewing opportunities and harvest learning from delivery into sales cycles.

- Collaborate with teams to promote re-use and develop consistent technical build, implementation and support processes

- Participate in the design, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership of platforms, applications and infrastructure services

- Understand customer's business needs, challenges and deliver solution presentations and demonstrations to clients in response to varying business requirements. Design Report-Layouts out of the requirements.

- Communication, interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills.

- Ability to prioritize and work with deadlines; work well in both a team environment and independently.
