Collaboration:
- Knowledge of industrial and labour laws and understanding of HR fundamentals/ concepts
- Knowledge of HRIS and ERP systems
- Knowledge of local regulations
Responsibilities :
- Partner with BU and work on attrition control & retention management
- Create operational HR plan for the LoB covering different aspects such as Performance, R&R, Career management, talent development and build org culture
- Review induction plan of new joiners and manage smooth onboarding
- Conduct orientation sessions on organisation structure, appraisal process, policies, performance criteria etc
- Coordinate with managers to identify high performers, create a developmental plan and ensure succession planning is done
- Identify probable concerns among employees; Discuss concerns with employees and highlight to senior leadership and recommend changes to improve employee engagement
- Drive effective utilization and ensure the average resource cost is within defined target
- Liase with audit/internal team to front end all audits and drive closure of non -compliance
